Walters Medical is delighted to have passed its annual audit for ISO 9001 showing their commitment to quality, traceability and continual improvement.

Julie Rhodes, Walters Medical Quality and Operations Manager, said “Our ISO approval is a fantastic achievement that not only gives our customers and prospective customers the confidence and assurance that they are dealing with a reputable organisation that works to the highest standards, but also provides the platform from which to justifiably thank our staff for the super work they do every day in helping us meet these high standards that we set and monitor.

As a team we work tirelessly to provide absolutely the best service we can and this is not only measured and monitored internally by our qualtiy management system, but through regular customer feedback which we believe is the truest reflection of the very high quality of service we provide.

We are delighted that our commitment to quality and continual improvement has been recognised again this year.”

Walters Medical received approval to ISO 9001 : 2008 in June 2012 and has been successfully audited each year since with no non conformances identified.
