Joshua joined Walters Medical in Spring 2026 with a background and father(!) that have given him a strong understanding of customer needs, excellent communication, sales and service skills.

Having previously built and managed a customer-focused business, Joshua knows the importance of listening, providing clear, honest advice, and creating a positive, trustworthy experience for customers.

Following a slightly familiar set of footsteps (his father is our Sales Director), Joshua has grown up with sales in his DNA, though we promise he’s still made his own way in the world.  His background enables him to quickly understand customer needs and build strong, lasting relationships, making him a valuable addition to the team and a strong support to our customers.

As a passionate animal lover, Joshua successfully established and managed his own pet shop and grooming business for five years.

What you may know?

As well as being a petrol head, it’s no surprise he’s another Liverpool FC fanatic . . . . . it runs in the family!
